Training & Program

Training & Program

Our training program is tailored to fit the needs and skills of each horse and rider, whether it be the equitation ring, pony ring, hunters, or jumpers.

The health and happiness of our horses is of the upmost importance and we take that into high regard when planning our lesson structure as well as horse nutrition and conditioning

We offer tailored lesson packages for our clients on our lesson horses on a limited basis and highly encourage lease horses and well as client owned horses!

Our goal is to give our clients the confidence and skills to be successful in and out of the ring.

Our training programs are as follows:

Level one is considered our beginner program or program for those only riding 1x-2x a week. Our beginner program focuses on riders who have little to no experience with hunter jumper. It’s a great way to get the foot in the door and transition from a more relaxed riding experience and start to consider a competition based approach down the road . Level one riders are welcome to use our lesson horses.

Level 2 is considered our intermediate riders program. These riders have a foundation in walk trot canter and jumping. Riders are riding 2-3x a week. This level is for the riders who are increasingly interested in getting more serious in their riding and taking it to the competition level. Riders must be taking a minimum of 2-3 lessons a week. Lesson horses are still available on a very limited basis. Riders are expected to either lease or purchase a horse, participate in local show competitions, and if interested start competing in regional competitions across the state, and considering nationally ranked competition. If riders will be showing their own horses, they must be in half or full training with our trainer.

Advanced is considered our highest level of training. This level consists of riders who are riding 4-5x a week, will be competing locally, regionally, and nationally. Riders MUST own or lease their own horses that comply with their goals. Riders will have a structured plan for the year as well as for the show season. Riders in the advanced section need to be in full training with our trainer in order to compete. Look at our training packages for more information.
